About the Role
Tamween Solutions, a leading food distribution company in Abu Dhabi, is looking for a Data Entry Officer to join its administrative and logistics operations team. The role involves handling data with precision, managing system entries, and supporting the coordination of distribution processes within a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update accurate data into company systems and CRM platforms
- Verify and reconcile information in databases and reports
- Keep inventory and distribution records, spreadsheets, and documentation
- Coordinate with finance and logistics departments for generating reports
- Maintain data confidentiality and adherence to company policies
Requirements
- Microsoft Excel and CRM system skills
- High degree of data accuracy and attention to detail
- Organizational and coordination skills are excellent
- Previous experience as a data entry or administrator is desirable
- Must be currently residing in the UAE
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 4,000 – 7,000 (depending on experience)
- Full-time job with normal UAE employment benefits
- Medical coverage and other benefits under UAE labor law
Shift Timings
- Full-time job
- Normal office timings (Sunday to Thursday)
- Weekends off as per company policy
